Abstract

This treaty shows the development of the events on the international scene, the leadership’ & dominance of United states of America on European countries as great power with highly developed capabilities at all levels which leads the united states of America adopted a policy of balance of power in the European continent, Especially after the spread of Bolshevik ideas and the fear of arrivals these ideas to Germany, because of difference and disputes between it and France& Britain which make the U.S.A intervenes and resolve the differences, especially after the treaty was adopted by French government, so U.S.A didn ’to miss this opportunity to include most Europe countries, not only victorious ones, especially Germany, so it tried to persuaded it to join the treaty, in order to resolve the disputes between it and other European countries and bring it back to the political scene, through including all European countries to this treaty ,as well as most of it’s drafts called to rest the peace and renounce the violence, so most European countries accepted the terms of treaty including Germany which found U.S.A the best supporter at this stage.
